Your career from concerned to confident
It can be hard when you start planning for your future after university. You are not alone in worrying about what you want to do, whether it is achievable, whether you are good enough and what others expect of you.
These concerns can impact on our well-being and our confidence to take the next step.
In these pages you will find information, tips and strategies based on our experience of the common concerns students and graduates share with us. If you can’t find the help you need here, please contact us, we want to help you. What we don’t want is for you to feel overwhelmed by all the concerns we have listed! You may only want support with one area. However, if you have a number of concerns (many students do!) you'll find advice on a range of topics from this page.
You may also find the Student Support website and the Counselling website helpful if you need support or have concerns with other issues beyond careers. There are also some great tools and resources to help you with wellbeing and a wide range of other topics.
